The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Head Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. Working closely alongside our Executive Head Chef, you will play a key role in the daily operations, team development, and ongoing innovation of our culinary offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and day-to-day operations
• Oversee service, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Assist in menu development, seasonal specials, and kitchen initiatives
• Manage stock ordering, cost control, and kitchen administration
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen presentation
• Mentor and train junior chefs, building a strong and positive kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Chef in a busy, high-quality venue• Strong understanding of Asian cuisine preferred

• Ability to lead service while working collaboratively with the Head Chef

• High attention to detail, excellent communication, and leadership skills

• Creativity, passion, and a commitment to continuous improvement

• Calm, professional attitude under pressure
