Are you a passionate Chef looking to join a Sushi Resturant. Dou8 Kings Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Chef to join our restaurant ON A ROLL SUSHI located in Keperra, QLD 4054. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced and creative Chef to showcase their culinary skills and contribute to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes to our customers' satisfaction

Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety standards

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the restaurant

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of Japanese Cuisine

Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Passionate about using fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
