Property development company requires a motivated and skilled administration assistant. This interesting and varied role will be based in our North Sydney office and will be 12 hours per week over 2 days, preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays. The successful applicant is required to start immediately.
The position will undertake general administration tasks including data entry and general office duties.
Duties:
General administration support
Managing diaries, travel bookings and day to day schedule
Updating template documents
Scanning, photocopying, printing
Preparing reports from MYOB
Purchasing amenities and consumables
Essential Skills:
Minimum 2 years administration experience
Efficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent time management and able to follow instructions closely
Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and switch between tasks at short notice
Ability to manage various responsibilities
A working knowledge of MYOB is preferred
Hourly Rate $25 to $35 per hour as a contractor and depending on experience.
