Role: Administration Assistant
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join an organisation in the heart of the city. This role will support a small team within the Workers Compensation function and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and wages related to workers compensation claims
Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records
Collate and prepare claim file documentation for legal correspondence
Draft and send letters to injured workers and other stakeholders
Provide general administrative support across the team as required
About You:
Proven experience in administration, preferably within a local council or government environment
Confident using systems and managing documentation in a confidential setting
Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when needed
