As a Learning & Development Officer, you will engage as a collaborative and productive team member to plan, develop, deliver, review, and maintain a diverse range of Learning & Development (L&D) resources, projects and programs in line with organisational strategies.
Your typical day as a Learning & Development Officer may include:
• Facilitating key training in a face-to-face, online, or hybrid capacity to deliver capability uplift to staff of all levels.
• Developing customised training solutions to assist business areas based on prior training evaluation feedback and training needs analysis data.
• Evaluating training and workshop survey data to recommend innovative solutions and improvements for implementation.
• Supporting other L&D staff in face-to-face workshop delivery across various office locations.
• Establishing, enhancing, and managing relationships with other business areas.
• Completing end-to-end administrative duties in relevant Learning Management System (LMS).
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
• Substantial experience in a learning & development or educational environment
• Highly developed communication skills
• Knowledge of instructional design, facilitation methods, adult, applied and inclusive learning principles in producing L&D solutions through a variety of media and modes of delivery.
• Intermediate skill using the Microsoft Office Suite (required), e-learning platforms (required), Adobe suite (desirable), and Microsoft power platform (desirable).
