This is the perfect opportunity for someone with reception experience who's eager to grow within a professional and people-focused environment. You'll be front and centre—meeting and greeting clients, supporting a vibrant office, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Current location: Capalaba (Relocating to Morningside in June)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Warmly welcome guests and manage visitor check-ins
• Answer and direct incoming calls, taking clear and concise messages
• Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries
• Keep supplies stocked and meeting rooms prepped
• Handle general admin tasks (including dry cleaning pickups, attendance tracking, etc.)
• Keep the reception area looking sharp and professional

What You’ll Bring:

• Reception or front desk experience is essential
• Friendly and polished communication style (in-person & over the phone)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with switchboards
• Strong attention to detail and great time management
• A proactive, can-do attitude and professional presence
