Their office is currently based in Capalaba, but they're relocating to Morningside in June.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, ensuring visitor sign-in/out
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and organise couriers
• Maintain office supplies and staff attendance lists
• Keep the reception area tidy and meeting rooms prepped
• Arrange dry-cleaning pickups and other general admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in reception/admin
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and switchboard systems
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude and professional phone manner
