About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our team and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. You’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and providing exceptional service across various functions. This dynamic role offers variety every day, with opportunities to engage in a wide range of office tasks, from HR and Accounts to Buying and Marketing. Located at our Kangaroo Point head office, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, while contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and team, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

Handling incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Offering administrative support and resolve issues or escalate as needed.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings.

HR administrative support i.e. recruitment, file management, policy and procedures.

Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.

EOM reporting and credit card and expense reconciliations.

Management of company motor vehicles and travel bookings.

Utilise different platforms to update and maintain accurate information.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a corporate environment.

Professional manner with good communication skills.

Attention to detail and organised.

Strong time management skills.

Positive and proactive attitude.

Takes the initiative to do jobs that need to be done.

Knowledge and experience in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

High degree of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
