About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — in person, over the phone, and via email so we’re looking for someone who’s polished, warm, and genuinely loves people and pets. Your day will be filled with juggling appointments, answering inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk. Multitasking is your middle name!

This role is all about customer service — no nursing duties here. We want someone who thrives on making others feel welcome, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Experience as a veterinary receptionist (or in a similar fast-paced customer service role)

A bubbly, caring personality with a “can-do” attitude

Exceptional communication skills — with clients AND teammates

A cool head under pressure and ninja-level organisational skills

Confidence in handling multiple phone lines, emails, and appointment scheduling

Bonus points for RxWorks experience!
