About the Company:

Oakgem Nominees Pty Ltd is a renowned home cleaning service networks in Australia. As the company continues to expand, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the business.

Position Summary:

The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's operations by managing administrative procedures, coordinating staff, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment.

Coordinate schedules for internal staff and external contractors.

Maintain and update service records using internal systems and software.

Liaise with and manage contractors, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract renewals.

Coordinate recruitment, train new employees, monitor performance, and maintain personnel records.

Prepare and manage financial documents, including invoices, payroll. supplier payments. and budgets.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and possessional resolution to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Monitor office inventory, equipment. and supplies. ensuring optimal workplace operation.

Support business reporting and analysis to help identify process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health and safety standards, and industry regulations.

Assist strategic planning, reporting, and internal communication's.

Requirements:

A qualification in bachelor's degree level.

Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.

Experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.

Bilingual proficiency is required to communicate with diverse clients and team members.
