About the Role
As our Office Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Customer Service Support – Assisting with reporting and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
✅ Overseeing the Accounts Team – Supporting financial processes and ensuring accuracy.
✅ Managing Documentation & Office Duties – Maintaining records, implementing office procedures, and ensuring compliance.
✅ General Office Administration – Coordinating office operations and liaising with different departments.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Ability to oversee customer service reporting and support the accounts team.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
✔ Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is a plus.
