What you’ll be doing:

Review shop drawings and compare them to architectural plans

Assist Project Managers with scheduling, site deliveries, and installations

Help prepare invoices/claims and manage project documentation

Source and follow up quotes from subcontractors

Liaise with builders and tradies to keep things moving

Track defects and support QA processes

Learn the ins and outs of project delivery from a supportive, young and fast-paced team

Who this role is perfect for:

A recent graduate in Construction Management or Diploma of Building & Construction

Or someone with 1–2 years of construction admin or estimating experience

You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and love keeping things organised

You’re a good communicator and want to grow your career in project management
