We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator/Planner – Manufactured Equipment to join our national Project Delivery team, based at our Bankstown office.
About the role
This role is key to ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and coordination of our manufactured waste-handling equipment and installations. You’ll report to the Group Operations Manager and work closely with internal departments such as Engineering and manufacturing, our clients, and contractors to deliver projects on time, every time.
Requirements for role success:
· Develop and maintain project schedules for manufactured equipment installations.
· Coordinate delivery, installation, and on-site requirements in line with project and contractual obligations.
· Liaise directly with clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Track progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver regular reports on installation progress, pipeline requirements, and scheduling changes.
· Ensure all applicable site documentation is accurately completed, submitted, and filed in line with company procedures.
· Attend production and project meetings to manage pipeline needs and identify potential risks or delays.
· Ensure site measurements and related documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
Essential job requirements:
· 2+ years’ experience in a similar coordination or scheduling role within construction or manufacturing.
· Strong planning, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Sound knowledge of site readiness requirements and technical installation processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
· Experience using MS Project or other project management tools for scheduling and reporting.
· Current Driver’s Licence and White Card essential.
· Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering (desirable).
