We have a busy and dynamic 130 seat dining room, 150 seat café, full service bar, Conference Centre, as well as many spectacular off site locations used as venues for conference groups, weddings and special events.

We are situated in the beautiful Lamington National Park with access to some of the world's most beautiful rainforest, walking tracks and waterfalls. Our environment is world-renowned for bio-diversity and the exceptional birdlife and we are only 2 hours from Brisbane and 90 minutes from the Gold Coast!

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes

Supporting the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef across various kitchen sections

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation

Helping with stock control, ordering, and menu planning

Contributing to a positive team culture and exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For:

✅ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
✅ Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
✅ Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for food
✅ Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
✅ Understanding of and rigorous commitment to food safety standards
