Mercure Clear Mountain Lodge is looking for an aspiring Sous Chef, or Demi Chef wanting to further develop their skills in a busy food destination.

As a Chef you will be required to have;

flexibility to work around a varying roster

excellent interpersonal communication skills

be extremely reliable and punctual - flexible to evenings on any given day/days of the week up to 38 hours per week.

work with minimal supervision and be a great team player.

Clear Mountain Lodge Spa and Vineyard is located on Brisbane's North side 35 mins from the city and there is no public transport available, so you must have your own transport.
