The Client Relations Coordinator is immersed in the client process from the start to the end. The key to this role is about understanding and managing the client journey with clear communication and management of the processes.

Functions Include:

Creating and managing client files within the CRM system

Tracking project status and updating clients

Creating and managing property listings

Managing, validating and scoring enquiries

Building and monitoring EDM campaigns

Required Skills and Experience

Highly organised with good administrative skills

Confident and open communicator

Sound knowledge of Microsoft apps

Solid writing ability

Creative

Know how to get the best out of a CRM system

Likes to learn and is proactive

Experience in real estate and property is an advantage

The position is flexible for the right person with a permanent part-time role over 24 hours per week. Some office time, some home time, build a schedule that works for you and for us.
