The Role
As our new Executive Assistant, you will:
Provide proactive administrative support to the Directors and senior team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across the team.
Oversee email and communication flows, triaging and responding as appropriate.
Support internal systems, filing, and operational processes for efficiency and organisation.
Assist with onboarding and coordination of internal events, training, or team initiatives.
Liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
Monitor and track tasks and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We Offer
Competitive Salary: Full-time salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 + super + incentives, commensurate with your experience and capability.
