Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking full-time Functional Consultants for immediate placement. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to apply their expertise in software consultancy and business solution services with an industry expert.
The key experience required for the Functional Consultant role includes:
• Provide functional and/or technical consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or CRM systems, including gathering customer requirements and creating functional requirement documents.
• Configure the software to align with end-user needs and business processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and deploy solutions to enhance system performance and integrity.
• Manage system modifications and customizations based on customer specifications.
• Conduct end-user training and develop comprehensive user documentation.
• Document system specifications to serve as a knowledge base for future design, development, and upgrades.
• Deliver pre-sales demonstrations to potential clients.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business users and stakeholders to define scope and business requirements.
• Analyse current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose future-state processes.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis of business requirements and recommend alternative solutions for identified gaps.
• Design functional solutions to meet business, interface, and performance requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and presentations to support system design.
• Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Demonstrate functionalities to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Apply Agile methodology principles throughout project implementation.
The successful candidate should demonstrate following:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology (or equivalent) and at least 3 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or CRM
• At least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Business Systems
• Understand how systems will meet a customer's strategic objectives and demonstrate this to their organisation’s decision-makers.
• The candidate should be self-motivated and customer focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is important in the role.

• The candidate must be hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about working in a team environment.
