Career Opportunity:

Legeneering are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to support our team across onshore and offshore recruitment.

This part time opportunity is offered on a 25 hour per week basis, working five days per week (Mon - Fri) between core business hours of 8am - 2:30pm - the exact split of these hours is negotiable based on availability. Additionally, Legeneering supports one of these days to be working from home.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment of our workforce, both offshore and onshore.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles for the organisation.

Proactively source candidates using various marketing strategies.

Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process

Partnering with stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities.

Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines.

Complete onboarding for employees within their roles, ensuring excellence in compliance and record keeping.

Other duties commensurate with skills and experience, as directed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in undertaking compliance checks, including assessing VEVO outcomes.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
