Our Town Fencing has an exciting opportunity for a HR Support Officer. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager. The role will be directly responsible for recruitment & retention and offers a wonderful opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a career in Human Resources.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment & selection of all vacancies across the business.
• Seek management - placing job adverts and generating candidate numbers.
• Onboarding of new employees - including the delivery of company induction.
• Seeing a high volume of candidates to meet expectations.
• Conducting in person interviews on a weekly basis.
• Facilitating remote interviews and follow up.
• Providing timely and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders
• Support the Human Resource Manager in the development and delivery of Our Town Fencing's HR strategy and initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience.
• Seek management experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Highly organised and solutions focused
• Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead
