We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-focused Compliance Manager to oversee and support compliance operations across all our centres.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring all centres adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. You will:
- Conduct regular compliance visits and spot checks across all services
- Monitor and manage risk, regulatory compliance, and quality across centres
- Ensure new centre setups meet all legal, documentation, and safety requirements
- Support teams through Accreditation & Rating (A&R) readiness and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies to drive continuous improvement
You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood regulations and licensing requirements
- Experience in compliance, risk management, or operations in a childcare/education setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to identify gaps and lead effective resolution strategies
- A passion for quality, safety, and regulatory excellence
Success in this Role Looks Like:
- 50% of services exceed expectations in A&R ratings
- Fewer than 5% of centres have compliance breaches at any given time
- Seamless new centre openings with full documentation and approval
- Strong partnerships with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
