About the role
Based in Adelaide Street in CBD Brisbane, the role provides Project support by way of assisting with the onsite delivery of projects from concept to completion for Tier 1 commerical projects. Be part of a team that continuously strive to enhance their processes and products with a focus on minimizing the evvironmental impact.

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Responsible for reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical specifications
* Assist the Design Coordinator with design management requirements and shop drawing reviews
* Assist with the coordination and management of subcontractors onsite, including the review and issuing of RFI's while reviewing trade specific variations with the Contract Administrator
* Work closely with key stakeholders ( riggers, suppliers, operations team
* Assist with ensuring projects are tracked and managed in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirements

Skills & experience
* 2+ Years in the Construction Industry
* Experience in warehousing projects
* Relevant site experience or Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building and Construction, Engineering or relevant site background
* Knowledge and experience in structural steel - Mandatory
* Strong Communication Skills ( Written and Verbal)
* Excellent people management skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and be able to work within a team environment
* Be self-motivated with an outstanding work ethic
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Be proactive in maintaining a strong client focus
* Experience in Workbench (preferred not essential)
* Willingness to travel if required
