Our client is a longstanding Gold Coast law firm with a positive reputation and approachable leaders.

Their team is growing and our brief is for an early career Commercial Litigator who is also looking for a broad practice that will cover commercial law, and insolvency.

Position Overview:

• Handle and support commercial litigation cases from start to finish (with supervision).
• Perform legal research, draft pleadings, and develop case strategies.
• Work with senior colleagues to gain experience in commercial and insolvency matters.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive legal advice.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• A passion for, and ideally experience in, litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality client service and outcomes.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on matters where appropriate.
