About the role:

• Conducting detailed property due diligence.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale.
• Advising on off-the-plan developments (including broadacre and built form projects).
• Providing guidance on land tax and duties.
• Preparing and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate:

• We are seeking a Junior to Senior Property Lawyer (1-8 PQE) with prior property law experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with clients confidently.
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
