About the Role

As you will have noted, property and commercial law are a central component of our client’s wealth growth and transition. With that, it brings a variety of work to sink your teeth into, extend your capabilities and make a difference to our clients’ lives.

The property work is primarily for investors and developers and includes but is not limited to contract preparation, option agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documentation and commercial property transactions.

In commercial law, your work could cover the purchase and sale of businesses, leasing, structures, contracts, and agreements: partnerships, buy-sell and shareholders.

You

Three-plus years’ experience in commercial and/or property law. We are happy if you want to specialise, but it is important that you provide support and advice in other legal areas advertised.

Adept and confident in:

Legal practice management programs

Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

A keen eye for detail and thorough in your work. Accuracy in legal work is a must.

Strong organisational skills and able to manage multiple priorities with grace and ease.

Proactive, thinking ahead with a can-do and problem-solving mindset.

A team-focused collaborative ethos – working together and supporting each other to deliver excellence to our clients and enjoy work at the same.
