About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer or junior Lawyer to join our growing legal team in Caboolture, Queensland. This role will see you providing conveyancing legal services to our diverse client base. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral part in supporting the firm's strategic objectives and continuing to deliver exceptional client service.

What you'll be doing

• Providing legal advice and representation to individual and business clients across a variety of practice areas including conveyancing and wills and estates.
• Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and negotiating on behalf of clients
• Attending client meetings and other legal proceedings as required
• Collaborating with the broader legal team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining detailed and accurate file notes and case management records
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedents

What we're looking for

• An experienced Conveyancer
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse workload
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding the firm's values
