This key role sits within the firm's Insurance Litigation practice group, headed by a team of Insurance Law Specialist Solicitors. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparing letters of instruction to medical experts;
• Reviewing surveillance footage;
• Preparing referrals to the Medical Panel;
• Drafting documents including preparing Affidavits;
• Reviewing and summarising medical records and reports;
• Various other file responsibilities as required.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant who has held a 'hands on' role working on litigious matters from within a recognised private practice law firm - minimum of 3 years experience required.
