We are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, and as part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an enthusiastic, well-spoken and presentable, sales support coordinator to help look after our existing clientele.

This is a part time role. Our ideal scenario is 24 hours across 4 days working from our office in Chelsea Heights. However, we do have some flexibility for an outstanding individual in terms of work days/hours and other arrangements.
Job Objective:
As Sales coordinator your primary responsibility will be to support T4B clients in their day-to-day transactional sales needs and assist our national accounts manager and CEO in sales and marketing-oriented tasks. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure absolute client satisfaction. Through effective communication, you will prepare quotations for basic client requirements and coordinate marketing campaigns as planned within the T4B sales team. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations. We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quoting: Preparing basic quotes and proposals to meet the requirements of existing clients.
2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted contact for day-to-day sales oriented needs in collaboration with the National account Manager
3. Sales and Upselling: Collaborate with the technical team and sales staff to identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
4. Product Collateral: With support from technical and sales team members along with suppliers, develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral for our products and services.
5. Marketing Coordination: Coordinate Targeted marketing to existing T4B client base to encourage take up of additional services.
6. Monthly e-Newsletter: With the support of the sales and technical teams coordinate the distribution of a monthly e newsletter to existing and potential clients.
7. Social Media Coordination: Work with the CEO to develop a social media plan and be responsible for its execution.
8. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies relevant to the clients' businesses. Leverage this knowledge to position yourself as a trusted advisor and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
To be successful in this role you will have.
Some High Level IT Technical knowledge
Written and verbal communication skills of the highest level
A friendly and confident personality suitable for regular interfacing with clients
An appropriate level of commercial savviness
Excellent presentation
Someone who has worked at a tech related retailer may be a good fit for this role.
