Melbourne Memorials is seeking a warm, confident, and highly organised Sales Support / Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a true administrative whiz, and has a genuine passion for supporting people through meaningful moments.

About the Role

You’ll work alongside one of our most experienced sales consultants to provide high-level support and ensure our clients receive compassionate, seamless service from first contact to completion. There’s no cold calling—just real conversations with families who need guidance, warmth, and professionalism.

This role is client-facing, fast-moving, and detail-driven. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, actively follows up on leads and proposals, and enjoys being the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything running smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Delivering empathetic, solutions-focused customer service

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales consultant

Managing client communications and following up on leads and open proposals

Coordinating appointments, inquiries, and documentation

Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all record-keeping and sales processes

Assisting in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and follow-ups

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales support

Exceptional administrative, organisational, and time-management skills

A warm and mature approach to client interactions

Proactive mindset with confidence to take initiative and own tasks

Ability to multitask in a busy, people-focused environment

Fluency in Greek highly desirable; another European language is a plus

Commitment to working Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays (9 AM – 5 PM)—this is essential
