With steady growth and a strong pipeline of work, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to help us take our sales process to the next level.

About the Role
This is not a junior admin role—we’re after a weapon. Someone who’s organised, driven, and can confidently coordinate the entire sales process from lead to quote to client follow-up.

You’ll be the right hand to our Sales Manager and Estimator, ensuring every lead is handled professionally, every quote goes out on time, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter all sales leads from phone, email, website, and social media into SimPRO

Triage the sales and estimating email inboxes

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all quotes are issued on time

Assist the team compose and send quotes

Follow up all quotes and track client responses

Handle inbound sales enquiries and client questions

Support the Sales Manager and Estimator with day-to-day coordination

Keep internal systems (like SimPRO and Asana) up to date with accurate info

Deliver exceptional customer service across every touchpoint

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s:

✔ Proactive and not afraid to take the lead
✔ A team player who communicates clearly and gets stuff done
✔ Tech-savvy and confident using sales systems and CRMs

Required Experience:

Experience in a similar role (sales coordinator, sales support, service coordinator, or similar)

Strong understanding of trade or service-based businesses

Experience using SimPRO, AroFlo, ServiceM8, or a similar system highly regarded

Great written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
