About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer to join our team at Integrated Support Personnel. This part-time position is based in Mount Eliza, Victoria and will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and payroll processes for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

Manage the payroll function, including processing timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring all tax and superannuation obligations are met

Provide support to clients with their day-to-day accounting and payroll needs

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or payroll role, preferably within a small business or accounting practice

Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as MYOB or Xero

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sound knowledge of payroll processing, including ATO and superannuation requirements
