We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer to become a key part of our vibrant team at Behavioural Neurotherapy Clinic, located in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookkeeping and payroll functions using MYOB accounting software

Handle accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management

Prepare and issue financial documents such as statements

Perform weekly bank reconciliations

Process fortnightly payroll for employees and contractors, including calculating hours, deductions, and payments

Maintain accurate and organised financial records

Assist with other bookkeeping tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing

Technical proficiency with MYOB accounting software

A reliable and proactive approach to work

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A BAS Agent qualification is essential
