About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Officer to join our team at Wodonga Rendering Pty Ltd in Wodonga, Victoria. This is a part-time position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll.

Work 24 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

What you'll be doing

Process weekly payroll for all employees, including salaries, wages, deductions, and superannuation contributions

Maintain accurate employee records and update payroll information as required

Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and other related documentation

Liaise with external payroll service providers

What we're looking for

experience in a payroll officer or similar role an advantage

Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

Proficient in the use of payroll software and Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
