We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
• Detailed knowledge, understanding and experience in the delivery of high-quality, professional executive services.
• Highly developed leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing and coordinating an administrative support team, in an environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources.
• Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills, including the ability to prepare and write high level Ministerial and other sensitive or confidential correspondence.
• Proven success in the development and implementation of practical, efficient and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of professional executive functions.
• Demonstrated highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute towards strategic planning and the provision of policy advice.
The following mandatory requirements, special conditions and/or other requirements apply to this role:
• Whilst not mandatory, qualifications in administration or business-related disciplines would be well regarded.
