The Executive Office Management at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity

As an Executive Assistant within the Office of Chief Executive (Executive Office) team your role will comprise:

  • Provide a high level of confidential executive and administrative support and coordination and liaison services to support designated members of the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on their accountabilities, whilst achieving a high level of performance in the demanding executive environment.
  • Work as part of a broader executive support team, contributing to the management and co-ordination the daily functions of the Executive Office to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery within the Office of the Chief Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within MHHS.
  • Whilst reporting directly to the Executive Officer within the Executive Office, this position has a key day to day working relationship with an assigned Executive Leadership Team member/s (comprising Executive Director/s and/or Senior Director/s) and direct/indirect relationships.
