Full-Time Warehouse Manager – Immediate Start

M&K Foods Australia – Morningside, Brisbane

We are a family-owned meat wholesaler supplying carton meat products to retail butchers and similar businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and help lead day-to-day warehouse operations.

Position Details:

Full-time – Monday to Friday

Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm

Location: Morningside, Brisbane

You’ll be working alongside a junior storeperson (who holds a current forklift license), and will be responsible for managing all warehouse functions efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Self-manage the unloading and loading of trucks and food service vehicles (chilled & frozen)

Goods receiving, order picking, palletising, and dispatching

Complete and manage associated paperwork accurately and on time

Oversee stock management including stocktakes, inventory rotation, and ensuring all products are correctly invoiced before dispatch

Operate within all food safety and WHS guidelines

Use general computer skills for basic admin and inventory tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehousing, ideally in chiller/freezer environments

Valid QLD forklift license – fully competent in operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts

A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a team-player mindset

Someone who values being part of a tight-knit, family-owned business

Leadership qualities, honesty, and reliability are essential

Remuneration:

$80,000 per annum + super + full-time entitlements
(Negotiable for the right candidate)
