Supply and Distribution Manager

This role encompasses the management of In the Roundhouse’s (ITRH) inventory from receipt, overall management in communicating with suppliers across the ITRH supply chain from packaging to product and inventory forecasting.

Responsible for

Management and reporting on all movements in inventory and working closely with company directors on inventory controls, storage and distribution

Working closely with finance manager on accounting procedures with respect to inventory and sales data

Working with offshore suppliers to maintain quality of inventory - quality control checks, management of quality control personnel in China - plus timely delivery of samples

Working with suppliers on pricing and supply strategies

Management of day-to-day distribution both locally and globally

Ensuring adherence to supply chain policies as directed by the Company - Modern Anti Slavery Policy, Sustainability Policy

Management and administration of ITRH’s inventory systems

Management of warehouse budgets and contracts which cover freight, packaging and storage

Working closely with company directors on staffing needed, inventory management and sales promotions

Staff management as needed at peak periods

Given the seasonality of the business, there would be some overtime needed at peak sales periods. This role would suit someone with weekend availability.

This role reports to the company directors.
