Choices Food Group is an award-winning commercial bakery that specialises in producing & distributing premium, Gluten Free baked goods nationally. We are searching for a hands on, hard working and confident Warehouse Supervisor, to assist with the operations of our Hornsby Warehouse.

In this role you will:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise the warehouse operations to ensure our customer service, food safety and OH&S parameters are met.

You will be responsible for:

Managing In-bound and out-bound freight

manage the forecourt in a safe and responsible manner

FIFO process for frozen, chilled + ambient stock picking

Maintain relevant storage records

Quality control of in and outgoing goods

Minimise stock loss and stock variances through accurate administration

Review processes and make recommendations for improvements

Food Safety, cleanliness + OH&S best practice

Purchase order and sales order administration using our ERP system.

The successful candidate will:

Be experienced in warehouse + logistics, specifically in food FMCG

Poses a fork lift drivers license

Poses a vehicle drivers license

Be competent in working in a frozen + chilled warehouse operation

Be comfortable to work alongside a small dedicated team

Be prepared to lead from the front and work hands on
