We are a small family business located in Claremont specialising in the importing and distribution of automotive products. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator, with an immediate start. The candidate must be reliable, punctual, physically fit and willing to work across a wide variety of warehouse duties.

This is a full-time position – 38 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The package on offer is $80,000 + super. This is a permanent, long term position and we will not be considering candidates on working holiday visas or temporary residencies.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders for delivery
• Accurately tracking, receiving and unpacking of all inward shipments
• Managing warehouse stock levels
• Assisting with general warehousing and logistics duties as required
• Liaising with local and national freight carriers on the tracking of orders

Skills and Attributes

• Previous warehouse experience (highly desirable but not essential. Training is provided)
• Ability to work autonomously, be proactive and self-motivated
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Able to work in a small team environment
• Must be physically fit as this is an active picking/packing role
