ABOUT STACKED FARM

Stacked Farm is Australia’s first end-to-end automated, indoor vertical farm; using proprietary robots to plant, harvest and bag (if it sounds excitingly space age, trust your instincts).

The Australian Financial Review named us Australia’s third most innovative company in 2023 and we’re growing as fast as our best-in-class leafy greens — with additional farms, celebrity chef collaborations, new consumer-facing product rollouts and international expansion on the cards.

Stacked Farm is at the leading edge of technology and it’s obvious to us that our people are more important than any machine we design. We’re an ideas meritocracy with a bias towards action and output, underpinned by a collaborative spirit from a team solving some of the most interesting problems in AgTech. Our team has agency, autonomy & purpose (micromanagement is a dirty word at Stacked) and we know greatness is in the agency of others.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role, working 38 hours per week, starting at 7:30 am, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for paid overtime. Enjoy a great work-life balance while contributing to a well-organized, efficient warehouse environment.

In this role, you will oversee the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inspecting, and dispatching goods. Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring all stock is rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing regular stock counts.

Implementing best practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Coordination and monitoring of tools and equipment, including tracking items issued and returned.

Picking parts and components for assemblies by relevant teams.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Current forklift license and working at heights certification (preferred).

Hold a current QLD drivers licence.

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant industry experience in warehouse or logistics coordination.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Experience using Google applications and basic warehouse management systems.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proven track record of adhering to workplace health and safety standards.

Must be based in the Gold Coast region.

Must have Australian permanent residency to apply for this role.

If you have a passion for warehouse operations and meet the criteria above, we encourage you to apply!
