To be considered for this permanent and long-term career move, we are looking for those who;

- Possess a degree in Construction Management & Economics (or equivalent)

- Have 5-10 years' experience working with commercial builders (not client/ consultancy side)

The people fortunate enough to join the business will primarily be responsible for;

- Negotiating and awarding sub-contract and supply packages

- Budgeting and monthly cash flow reports

- Managing progress, EOT, and variation claims
