We are currently partnering with a highly successful T3 commercial builder who, based on recent and strategic growth are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join a very cohesive and experienced team of construction professionals. Reporting to a highly knowledgeable Directors, you will be responsible for the following standard suite of CA responsibilities, including…

- Vetting and letting sub-contract and supplier packages upon success project award.

- Presenting progress claim and variations to the client

- Validating and processing sub-contract invoices

- Monthly progress costs reports

You'll benefit from working for a dynamic contractor with a loyal sub-contract base and a focus on quality systems to support your function. There is a very clear vision and strategy to grow the business even further and the focus is on developing Project Managers internally. You can expect to work on a wide range of projects including hospitality, community centres, schools, rec centres, retail and health care. A minimum of 4 years post graduate experience in carrying out takes outlined above.
