• Work on $1M - $10M projects, with most sitting around $4M
• Strong pipeline of education-focused projects (80%) with a loyal client base
• Join a structured team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Estimators, and Site Managers
• Hands-on support from a Senior Project Manager
• Be part of a collaborative team with regular team-building events

The Role:

• Manage contracts across three concurrent projects
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and the project team
• Oversee procurement, variations, progress claims, and reporting
• Ensure projects stay within budget and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator (senior-level)
• Experience in Tier 3 commercial construction
• Ideally based in North West Melbourne
• Proficiency in Cheops is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

The Details:

• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM in their office based in the North-Western suburbs

• Salary up to $160k+ Super
