About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing team at The Urban Developer, a fast-paced and innovative media business delivering content, events and marketing solutions to the property industry.
In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for our portfolio of commercial clients. If you're highly organised, proactive and thrive on managing multiple projects with precision—this role is for you.
Key responsibilities
Campaign scheduling – Work closely with the National Partnerships Director to plan, coordinate and execute client advertising campaigns across multiple channels
Client communication – Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle. You'll ensure communications are timely, clear and professional
Content coordination – Collaborate with our internal content team and National Partnerships Director to deliver bespoke marketing assets, including solus EDMs and sponsored content
Campaign reporting – Regularly track and report on performance metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements
Sales support – Assist the National Partnerships Director with client renewals, retention strategies, and lead generation techniques
Admin and systems – Contribute to the refinement of internal systems and administrative processes to improve delivery efficiency
What we are looking for
Is driven, proactive and passionate about the property industry
Is organised, self-motivated, diligent and undersells/overdelivers
Is comfortable building relationships with new people and continuing existing ones
Feeds off a fast-paced, high-performance working environment
Has a minimum of two years direct media sales, agency or sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (e.g. Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, etc)
Has A+ written and verbal communication skills
Possesses the highest levels of integrity, honesty and a hunger to learn
Experience with Google Analytics and CRM platforms
Ideally, has existing relationships in the property industry and can hit the ground running
