Duties:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 properties, focusing on inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt maintenance and repairs are carried out
• Handle rent collections, lease renewals, and address tenant inquiries
• Work closely with the leasing team for smooth tenant placements
• Provide detailed property reports to owners and ensure properties meet legal requirements
• Use task-based systems to stay organised and efficiently manage your day

What you need:

• Experience in property management with the ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and property owners
• A good understanding of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
• A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
