About the Role:
· Full-Time Position
· 5 Days Per Week (Monday - Friday)
· Office Based Position in Carole Park QLD
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Admin Officer to support our team and contribute to our continued success. We offer exciting career growth opportunities for the right candidate.
As a Customer Service and Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting various aspects of the business, including administration, logistics coordination, and client interactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing customer service and prompt resolution to customer queries
Accurate Data entry (customer pickups, consignment notes, manifesting)
POD capture data and retrieval
Checking and verifying loading plans for accuracy and cross-referencing
Monitoring any critical freight movements
Completing daily reporting requirements
Creating manifests for the interstate linehaul
Process the local driver run sheets for FAA & subcontractor drivers
Pallet recording and reconciliation.
Liaising with drivers and fleet team to retrieve outcomes for customers within a timely manner
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including FAA depots nationally
Other basic administrative and customer service duties.
Experience and Skills:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Teamwork skills (effectively working with others).
Ability to provide customer service support.
Strong administration skills.
Positive attitude, reliable and efficient.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Efficient time management, planning, and organisational skills.
Problem-solving using resources and teamwork.
Prior transport industry experience (highly desirable).
