ABOUT THE ROLE
EnVision Partners has an opening for a Business Services Support Officer to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland for an immediate start. We are looking for either a full-time or part-time team member.
As a key client and team contact in a corporate office environment, you must be comfortable with computers and excel at both written and verbal communication. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and take challenges in stride with a friendly and pragmatic attitude within this multi-faceted role. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and independently when required.
EnVision is looking for a master prioritiser with excellent communication skills and a professional, upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily customer interactions and problem solving
Screening phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate party
Office tasks such as generating reports and compiling customer information
Data entry and database maintenance
Administrative support for Managers and Accounting staff operations; and
Utilise software which corresponds with the Australian Taxation Office
ATO Liaison
You’ll be tech-savvy and have an aptitude for problem-solving and decision making. The diversity of work will require you to work collaboratively with your colleagues, and to help our team reach the weekly, monthly, and annual goals. At other times you will be working independently with your list of priorities to meet necessary deadlines.
You'll be familiar with technology and products including the Office 365 program suite and cloud-based operating systems. It comes naturally to you to reconcile data, create spreadsheets, and format work documents and emails. You'll work well with our team and customers, taking the time to notice the little things, and adding small touches that are sometimes overlooked - but can be very powerful.
You should be dependable, proactive, and self-motivated, with impeccable personal presentation and a team focused mentality. Attention to detail is essential. You're not scared to ask questions and prefer to double-check rather than make assumptions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
In joining EnVision as our Business Services Support Officer, experience in a customer-facing secretarial and/or administration role would be advantageous.
Strong computer literacy and typing skills, with proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, will be required. You will possess strong organisational skills, along with the ability to prioritise your workload and perform well under pressure. This position requires an individual who is able to adjust and remain efficient in the face of interruptions. Attention to detail is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be crucial to this role, as you will be liaising with Directors, Managers, Accountants and customers. It is extremely important you understand the meaning of great customer service.
