📍 Based in North Sydney | Full-Time | Hospitality Meets Logistics

About the Role

You’ll be the person behind the magic—ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guides, guests, and partners. One moment you’ll be confirming a last-minute vehicle shift, the next, calming a nervous new host or tightening up a process that’s been a bit too loose.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role. You won’t be micromanaged—but you’ll need to take real ownership. It's suited to someone who thrives on variety, loves a clean system, and gets a quiet thrill from solving problems before they arise.

Must be available for some weekend, after hours and summer holiday season work (on-call and available for support).

Key Responsibilities

Confirm daily tours and brief local hosts

Manage vehicle and gear readiness (yep, you'll check the boot)

Spot and fix logistics issues on the fly

Coordinate itineraries and special guest requirements

Build warm, professional relationships with hosts and suppliers

Keep the HQ calm, clean, stocked and quietly humming
