A national Event Logistics company is seeking an experienced operations leader looking to step into a pivotal national role to support their fast-growing business.

As the National Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for aligning operations with strategic business goals, driving efficiency, and ensuring consistency across all locations. You’ll lead and mentor a state-based operations team, implement standardised processes, and work collaboratively with department heads to deliver outstanding service nationwide.

About the Role:

• Competitive salary of $120,000 – $140,000 + Super

• Limited travel – just once per quarter

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead operations nationally, aligning teams with company objectives
• Standardise and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all locations
• Provide mentorship and leadership to operational teams across the country
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance performance and service delivery

• A hands-on leader with proven experience in multi-site or national operations
