Position Summary:

As a Cook at Babaji’s Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes, ensuring top-notch quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. You will work closely with our talented kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our high standards.

• Manage food preparation and cooking processes efficiently.

• Assist in menu development and innovation.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant cooking qualification

• At least two years of post-qualification work experience.

• Ability to follow recipes and replicate dishes consistently.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
